Some of the best gifts are the small ones. The ones that fit in a pocket, or an envelope, or the toe of a stocking, and still manage to say “I see you.”

This list is for the person on your list who feels everything. The quiet one, the tender one, the one who carries more than they let on. It’s also for anyone who’d rather shop small this year and give something that was made by hand instead of pulled off a warehouse shelf.

Everything here is under $15 and made by the two of us, a mother and daughter team, in our living room studio. Del paints, I shape clay, design pages, and also doodle occasionally.

For The One Who Carries a Lot

Handmade Worry Stones, $13

A small, smooth stone with a thumb-sized dip, made to be held when things feel loud. Each one is hand shaped from polymer clay, sanded, and sealed with a satin finish, so it feels soft and cool in your palm. They’re little enough for a pocket, a purse, or a nightstand.

A few favorites:

Made to order stones take about 7 to 10 days to make, plus shipping, so if you’d like a custom one in time for the holidays, ordering by the end of November gives us plenty of breathing room. If you’re curious about where worry stones come from and how to use one, we wrote that here.

For The Letter Writer

Rain Series Printable Note Cards, $4.99 to $12.00

Delphine painted these four patterns, and they’re some of my favorite things we’ve ever made. Each download prints at home and makes two folded cards, with “Art by Delphine” on the back. They’re perfect for thank you notes, holiday letters, or tucking a few into a gift for the friend who still sends real mail.

Tip: print the whole bundle on nice cardstock, tie the stack with twine, and you have a handmade stationery set for about the cost of a latte or two.

For the Tarot Curious

30-Day Tarot Journal, $8.99

For the friend who owns a deck but hasn’t quite found a rhythm with it yet. Thirty days, one card, one page, with prompts that work with any tarot or oracle deck. It comes in a warm Ember and Ash colorway and a clean black and white edition that’s kind to home printers. It also works in GoodNotes.

Shadow Work Prompt Cards, $8.00

A printable deck of reflective journal prompts, for the person who likes to go a little deeper. Gentle, honest, and meant to be pulled one at a time.

For the Gardener

The Slow Garden Planner, $9.99

A hyperlinked GoodNotes planner made for small spaces: porches, balconies, raised beds, a few pots on a windowsill. Winter is the perfect time to give it, because that’s when gardeners sit with a warm drink and a dream about spring.

For the Friend Who Needs a Soft Place to Land

Little Pairings, Still Under $15

A printable plus a handwritten note makes a sweet little bundle:

How to Gift a Printable

Digital gifts can feel a little strange to wrap, so here are a few ways we like to do it:

Thank you for thinking of small makers this season. Every order is packed by the two of us, and every one of them means more than you know.
